Wizkid bounced back with ‘Ghetto Love’. Naira Marley, Falz, Zlatan, Phyno, Rudeboy and Mr P all made the list for the month of September 2019.

10. Falz – Loving

Opening our countdown this month is a loved-themed song ‘Loving’ by Nigerian rap artiste, Falz.

The new single arrived after a cover for Tekno’s ‘Better’ and ‘Alakori’ featuring Dice Ailes.

The song was accompanied with a ‘music video‘ directed by Twitch.

Falz takes this video to the village, puts in a party settings with a live band. At the beginning he was in search of a band with back up singers so he can entertain his lover, he later got and delivered a wonderful performance that brought the gathering alive and everyone laughing.

9. Adekunle Gold – Young Love

Adekunle Gold returns with a new Afro-pop tune tagged “Young Love”. This record is a perfect blend of Afrobeat and the international pop sound, a must Listen!

AG Baby smells Love in the Air after coming across a special girl that got his attention. He pours out his feelings straight from within, even said if he passes out will the lady wake him up with more Love. Young Love is a tender and special love you feel at an early age or during teenage years.

8. Naira Marley – Puta (Pxta)

Naira Marley has released yet another impressive single titled ‘Puta‘ (Pxta), produced by serial hit-maker, Rexxie.

Naira Marley the leader of awon omo ‘No Mannas’ recognises his core fans (Marlians) on this track, gives them priority and some new slangs with gang name to continue with the trend on the street.

He also shares some vital message about life a continuation of his ‘Inside Life’. Then for those still beefing on the street and downgrading him Naira tells them to stay back and don’t try coming close cos he got a strong Gang now.

7. Wizkid – Ghetto Love

Nigerian superstar, Wizkid is taking our number seven spot with the new banger he dropped titled “Ghetto Love“.

This song is a sure hit, the banging beat couple with catchy lyrics that will turn you to an addict. Wizkid knows how to treat his fans and best way to rock every parties and clubs.

After the release of this single by Wizkid different reviews has been popping up online, while some are praising the Starboy effort on the 2019 debut single, some other are bashing him for his weak inputs and trash lyrics.

Different fans and music head shared that Wizkid didn’t give them what they expected, nothing like Ghetto Love.

6. Zlatan Ibile x IVD – Bolanle

Zlatan Ibile has released another massive joint titled, “Bolanle” teaming up with Nigerian auto dealer, IVD which was produced by Phantom.

The lyrics got everyone talking as it says he is ready to collect anyone who bears Bolanle from her stingy boyfriend and spoil her with money, treats, and care. Lots of girls slide into his DM but he finally chose one who he took out on a date. Bolanle like better thing

5. Mr. P – Karma

PClassic Records frontier, Mr P has premiered his highly anticipated single titled “Karma”, produced by GoldSwarm.

Peter Okoye has been all over the news after he partook on an Instagram live video with Tunde Ednut where he denied the allegation of actually giving N60m to Big Brother Naija housemate, Tacha who was disqualified.

In addition, the visual for ‘Karma’ is already out and was directed, styled and designed by Peter Okoye popularly known as Mr P.

4. Blackface – African Queen

After several years of accusing legendary 2Baba of stealing his song “African Queen“, Blackface decided to let go the acclaimed original version.

Even after dropping their differences publicly at a concert at Festac, Lagos, Blackface still decided to cause an uproar with this version he dropped.

With no sentiment attached, the former Plantashun Boiz act, Blackface did extremely perfect on this his own version.

3. Bella Shmurda ft. Olamide – Vision 2020 (Remix)

Bella Shmurda is an afro beat artist who has been doing music from a very early stage in life, but came into limelight sometime around December 2018 after a successful release of his debut hit single titled ‘Vision 2020‘.

This got the attention of many youth and our great legend Olamide Baddo who called him up for a Remix.

This was the best moment for Bella as an artist. He is here with ‘Vision 2020 Remix’ featuring Olamide. In addition, the song was produced by music producer, ID Cabasa. The ‘video‘ was shot at a location in Lagos, Nigeria.

2. Rudeboy – Audio Money

Rudeboy aka KingRudy releases another potential hit song tag “Audio Money” straight from the fire department. This is a follow up to the huge success of his last single ‘Reason With Me‘.

On this record Rudeboy didn’t come to shake some table but to break them, it talks about the fake life people live on Instagram and social media. He says ‘Everyone is Rich and Successful on Instagram… living fake life with cheat data’.

When you see people doing a giveaway and living flashy on IG with a red bank account, don’t shout or fall for them cos their money na just audio money.

1. Phyno ft. Davido – Ride For You

Phyno and Davido‘s new song “Ride For You” is a mid tempo love song with quality production from SourLarge.

The song is a track off Phyno’s 3rd studio album ‘Deal With It‘. Fino links up with his new In-Law, Davido who showed his Eastern accent and why he fell in love with Chioma.

This record appreciates the caring ladies that stays firm with their man through thick and thin. Phyno says now that he has made it he is ready to pay anything for his lover’s bride price and spoil her with all he got because she was the only one that held me down and supported when there was nothing (No Raba).

The ‘video‘ was shot in the State (US) by two great music video directors Clarence Peters and Patrick Elis.
